The LeMons Silvia

Some much needed wiring done.
Yes, that's a 'Start' button.
Fancy!
It's actually starting to look like a car here...
The Roll cage was cheap but lacked the necessary door bars so they were added.
The cage makes it really 'fun' to get in and out.
Some MUCH needed panel and paint.
And more panel and paint.
Still more panel and paint, but she's looking resplendent in white.
Hi Glen!
Now with added green.
Did someone say "stripes?"

So much closer to looking like an actual car.
Who needs windows when you have window nets.

Seats and harnesses to stop us falling out.
And a fire extinguisher to... well, you know.

Say hello to our switch panel.
There's also a nice big gearstick knob.
I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere... Nope!

And finished!
Magnificent isn't she?

Those wheels have got to go!
They're pretty terrible.

Action shot from her first outing at Barbagallo Raceway.

Action shot from her second outing at RAC Driving Centre.

Chasing down much faster cars at RAC Driving Centre.

Crusty old coilover suspension components rebuilt with some O-rings and ATF.
You need to do things as cheap as possible you know!

Looking fresh, but changes are happening...

The beginning of things.
This is how we found our car.
This is going to be a lot of work.
Yep, it's a mess and isn't exactly complete either.
Baby steps...
SR20DE = 100 horses of NA power!
But seriously, it should be reliable.
'Should.'
If you think you can do a wheel alignment and adjustment setup yourself. Don't. We tried and failed.
Here we see our car being looked after courtesy of John Fowler Autosport.

Our car in 'Hovercraft' mode whilst we did some things to it. Weight reduction, aero mods, and brake parts replacement were the orders of the day. Oh and yet more exhaust mods.

More updates soon...

We're currently seeking a little financial assistance through our GoFundMe and some sponsorship. If you can help, then please get in touch.
Thanks!

It's amazing what you can get for a few hundred dollars!
RB25DE = 6 cylinders of naturally aspirated fury. The power increase isn't huge, but the car feels faster now.
Now with more stickers!

Sounds about right.

Obligatory sponsor stickers.
The more sponsors the merrier though... :)

Our car is 'NASCAR themed.'
No offence intended!
